Ice Skating

I had so much fun skating with the Girls on Saturday. They were great to stay by each other and help each other out when they would fall. We also enjoyed some yummy treats and making ornaments.

Gingerbread Houses

A big Thank You to Ashlyn's Grandmother for the beautiful gingerbread houses, people, trees, and mini sleds she made for the Girl Scouts to decorate. They turned out so cute!!!

Face Painting and hair

Abby and her mom demonstrated to the girls how to do a braid and a bun, then the girls got to practice on each other. Some of those girls are pretty darn good at hair! After lots of hair play the girls were able to explore face painting. I gave no instructions, just paired them up, gave them the paints and let them go at it. Everyone was really into it and we have some great little artists. Sorry if you had to scrub your child's face when they got home. :)

Bowling and Secret Sisters

The girls loved passing out their secret sister gifts! They were so excited to find out who had them and what they got. Then we stuffed our faces with hot dogs, hamburgers, nachos, pizza and pop. We split into 3 teams for bowling and the girls did so good! They cheered each other on and behaved them selves very well. Here's the scores highest to lowest:

Green and Gold Banquet

They ate chili and too many cupcakes, and were recognized for how many years they've been a Girl Scout. But mostly they were crazy. :)
